hi!

i am looking for someone reliable and financially stable to sublet my room starting dec. 15 til the end of the lease may 2010. i am graduating from fordham and moving back to dc.

the apartment is awesome and my roommate is too! brand new building, cool neighbors! two blocks away from the q/b...four from the 2/5...two blocks from prospect park (great for cycling, running, or picnics!) on parkside ave which is a gorgeous tree lined block with brownstones, off of flatbush ave ( where all your basic necessity can be met)...plenty of grocery stores. close to the city (about 25 min)

we would prefer to have a current undergrad/grad student or recent grad who is financially stable and reliable (either through your own means or with parental support). smokers and non-smokers welcome. very outgoing/liberal person wanted, noise tolerant (work schedules will be respected)...living the normal college life
