i have a great room available in a fantastic apt. the lease is short-term so it would be perfect for someone on vacation. it is available for 6 wks and costs $800 for the entire time or $200/wkall utilities are included!!
the bedroom is fully furnished and it is in a 4 bedroom apt, located in east williamsburgh/bushwick. the room is available from feb 22nd - 1st wk in april.

the apt is very sunny with very high ceilings and a sky-lite. the utlities included are : electricity, gas, cable, internet, and water. kitchen is fully equipped and you have access to all common areas. entire apt was refurbished under a year ago, so all appliances and flooring are brand new! the apt also has central heating so no worries about freezing during your sleep. roommates are all in their 20's and are the most down to earth people you will ever meet (they're hardly ever home anyway). smoking is allowed and we have the cutest and calmest yorkie ever!!!
the apt is a block and a half from the gates ave stop on the "j" train and is a 15 min ride into manhattan. the area is pretty safe and it's about a five minute train ride from williamsburgh bars and reastaurants.
