if you are stable, clean, and responsible, i will allow you to move into the other room of my 2br apt for $1200 per month. i have a huge private backyard, hardwood floors, huge sliding door closets, and carpeting in both bedrooms. both will fit a queen or king size bed. the apartment is cable ready and i pay all the utilities. we will split the electricity or rotate between the 2 of us each month. all i ask for is 1st months rent plus 2 months security and a commitment of at least 1 year.the apartment is in brooklyn 2 blocks from the ralph ave c train. the a express is one stop away. takes me 20 minutes to get to the city. i attached some pics for you to view. i work in the fashion industry and i'm cool, laid back, and haven't lived with anyone since college so i'm looking forward to having a cool roommate. i don't mind if you play music or smoke but would prefer it be done in the backyard. all i ask for is honesty and for you to be responsible by paying consistently at least 2 days before the 1st of the month by using a money order, certified bank check, or cash. if your interested please let me know and you can move in today or on june 1st.
