i am starting grad school and an internship and am looking for somebody with no drama to enjoy this gorgeous apartment and the city. i enjoy good food, good wine, a relaxing night at home or a chill night out with friends. not big into the club scene anymore but it does have a time and place occasionally. there will be no parties in the apartment allowed. i was an art major in undergrad and am pursuing a masters in art therapy so creative people are preferred but i don't discriminate. i have most of the furniture for the apt, only things needed are your bedroom. no dishwasher or laundry in the unit and messes in common areas will not be tolerated. your room is your room and as long as there is no damage to lose my security deposit, just keep your door closed if a mess. i will most likely be getting an 8 week old puppy in august which will be cage trained but you need to be ok around dogs, it will be a medium sized mutt. any questions or interested parties please respond to my post!!
