bedroom has nice sized closet, two windows, fits full size bed, dresser, nightstand.
great location, very close to prospect park.
subway located literally less than half a block from the apartment.
located between 4th and 5th avenues. 5th avenue has tons of shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
looking for a female roommate 20-30 to take over my roommate's half of the lease for the next year. i have a full time job and i love going out and being social on weekends, but i prefer the apartment to be a quieter homey place to relax, aside from the occasional friends for dinner or something.
