i am renting out a furnished master bedroom in my condo in a brand new building 10th floor of edge condos.utilities, cable, doorman, elevator is included but the bathroom is shared.
however! amenities included are the best in nyc!!!
gym classes, swimming pool, jacuzzi, dry/wet saunas, movie room, lounge with pool table and work areas is also included (you can even bring up to 2 guests and have a meeting down there).
large space, large window and the view is great!
the tent set ups in the window view is smorgasburg! (yep, its that close!!)
music hall of williamsburg is just 1 block away so its a very hip neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants and cool boutiques.
also, the east river ferry williamsburg n 6th stop is literally right outside the building so its very convenient to get into the city quickly.
the bed, desk and dresser, are provided (but not the computer ^^) i will buy new sheets for you upon move in. there are double closets, one for clothes, one with shelves for books, etc. that plus the cabinets on the walls and the extra drawers under the bed provide plenty of storage for whatever you need.
im not a neat freak but i like to be clean. im a recently graduated freelance filmmaker from sva so i spend a lot of time at home atm (until i find a ft job at least anyawy). i am quiet. i am seeking preferably a student or professional female roommate who is neat, responsible and respectful and being pretty cool wouldnt hurt. =) (sorry but no pets)
the term is currently for at least a few months to longer if you like.
i require first and last months rent, pay stub proof, 3 referrals, and if you have credit check paperwork, that would be great! if youre a student without a paystub proof, thats ok. we can work something out. contact me and lets meet up and i can show you around.
