hello! looking asap for a roommate for a nice-sized, 2nd floor apartment in south park slope starting july 1. rent (all in: utilities/internet/hulu/netflix) is $970. actual room is small but there is a large kitchen and common area. four blocks from prospect park. pizza, sushi, chinese, deli, laundry, bus stop all right across the street. near the f, g, n/r.

looking for someone for july 1st and through the summer with possibility for longer lease if interested. will be showing today, tuesday evening and thursday. (june 23, 24 and 26.)

i am a girl with a day job and a daytime bar shift on saturdays. i'm also a musician so i can sometimes be out a lot nights, but some weeks i am homebody every night. if i need to practice - don't worry i can hide in my room. i like the apt clean but i've been known to collect clutter.

you: clean - but freakishly so is not necessary - just do your dishes and don't be afraid to clean the bathroom! :) no pets, unfortunately. social but no raging parties. don't mind a purple wall in the kitchen. no smoking inside the apt - but there is a fire escape right off your room. boy/girl - no preference!
