moving to another location down the block and need to find someone to take over my room.place is a few blocks from the graham l line station. rent is $225 per week, all utilities included. room is very small with a window, a built in closet, and a high ceiling. i will provide pictures to the people whom i think are the best candidates.
you would be sharing a place with two other people, both guys and both are very nice. 420 friendly.
i would need one month's rent ($900) and one month's security deposit.
