i am moving out and looking for someone to take over my spot on the lease in a 3 bedroom apartment. the room will will be available beginning april 1.located in bushwick, 1 block from knickerbocker (m), and few mintues walk from either dekalb (l) or myrtle-wyckoff (m/l). groceries nearby, few bars and coffee shops within walking distance, including one right around the corner!
professional or students. must make 40x rent and/or have a guarantor (making 80x rent). rent for apartment is $2675, your portion will be $862. utilities come to around $50-70 per person.
no pets. the room: big enough to fit a twin or full, and small dresser and desk. room is open to creativity in how you make it yours. two doors open into the room. window. hardwood flooring. the rooms are separated enough from each other that you don't hear your roommates. there's 1 shared bathroom. there's also kitchen space with fridge, oven/stove, microwave, etc.
speaking of... your 2 roommates will be ladies in their late 20s. both are grad students at the new school, they're easy going and keep to themselves most of the time, but also like the occasional night out. everyone is respectful of others' privacy. both are nonsmokers.
