hey everybody,

we have one room available in a three bedroom apartment in south williamsburg. the location is great. we're a two minute walk from jmz marcy stop and ten minutes from the lg at lorimer/metropolitan. close to bars, restaurants, shopping on havermeyer/broadway and a short walk to all the good stuff on bedford ave. if you drive or bike to the city, we're literally right off the williamsburg bridge.

utilities run about $50-60 a month, which includes wi-fi. no cable, but we have, netflix, hulu, hbogo, amazon and crackle (whatever that is).

the two guys who currently live here are very laid-back with busy schedules. one working in pr, the other in film/tv. we don't really bring the party home but guests are always welcome, however, 4th roomates are not. there's also a very friendly, slightly overweight cat who lives here. your pets are welcome too, so long as they're not assholes.

open to living with anyone as long they're clean, quiet, respectful and can pay rent on time.

the room is a bit messy in pics because the current tenant is in the process of moving out.
