room for rent in a very nice three bedroom house.excellent location in nice quiet area close to stores and all major highways. non smoker(smoking outside is ok) .rent is $500 per mo plus 1/3 utilities. one month security deposit/damages.the room has has a queen size bed,large dresser and tv stand/cabinet,air condition,radio cd player, large closet. you may furnish as you wish.this is not an apartment i am located in brooklawn, nj includes wifi laundry and cable..full use of home..please serious inquiries only. i do have a large dog.he is a trained k9, so no pets, no drugs or alcohol!!!!!!!!this is a room .not an apartment. references must be provided! a signed agreement is required.you will be responsible for your share of maintaining cleanliness of the house .
