this space is the second floor of my home. you will have a large l-shaped room which is currently set up as an studio bedroom, sitting area and desk area. there is a panoramic view of candlewood lake. there is a full bath out in the hall. the other room has a bed and sitting area with full bath (shower only). everything is in very good condition.
i would prefer one roommate that wants both rooms. but i would consider 2 roommates.
