hi,im looking a clean, quiet, non-smoking professional female roommate for my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom new construction condo located in northern part of bronx.the condo is located near a big grocery,post office and just few blocks away from montefiore hospital. subway is just one block away (train #2)
-you will have your own bathroom . everything in the bathroom is new.
-you would be able to use washer and dryer located at the basement without extra fee.no need to go to out in the cold weather.
-the kitchen is shared and i will assign a cabinet for you to use and put your things.
-all utilities included (heat, internet, electricity)
-if you have a car we can arrange for parking
-its a condo so you dont have to worry about shoveling snow.
-the room is furnished with basic things you need. see the pictures attached.
rent is $850.00/month. total cost to move is $1700.00---1st month rent and security deposit.
