medium yet compact front view room available for $160.00in little italy, one of bronx best neigborhoods. near fordham university, bronx zoo, botanical garden, public transportation such as metro north, buses, etc. and shopping areas.i have pets well taken care and my house is kept very clean; but i must let you know what i have in case you are alergic or simply can't handle it.
the apt. consist of (3) private rooms sharing kitchen & bath with two other roomates no living room.
utilities included (free gas, water and light)
note: a small tv/a fan and a small radio allowed (no big plasma/no video games/no air conditioners or heavy electricity eaters) unless you share electric bill. if you deside to bring any extra equipment other than the ones allowed you most be aprooved by me. no mail box access/no visitors allowed without prior aproval (no groopis). keeping your room neat along with apt. premises is a must, you must clean after yourself. breaking any of these rules will cause me to evict you.
drug free - non smokers, working individuals with very stable income only
only cash is acepted, please.
internet acces can be discused and no access to my mail box. you will need a p.o. box or other alternative. no pa please.
