hi i have a room for rent in my apartment which is the second floor of a two family house. i'm looking for a roommate to split bills with. your half would be $500 / month which would cover, rent & utilities. the apt has a kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, dining room, room with a pool table, living room, back deck and attic. i am currently lookng for a roommate to take the spare bed room. the apt is in a neighbor hood with a park in back and is right off the main road with access to any type of store, restaurant or other business desired. i'm a 23 year old male, with full time job and multiple hobbies, i'm easy to get along with and am clean, respectful and responsible, and seek a roommate who is also clean, respectful and responsible,and who is easy to get along with, has to be a non-smoker, and can not bring pets. the person must not be a stereotypical partier and must have respectful other people. the only thing i ask is for references and proof of income(to make sure i'm not going to get burned). if you have any questions about me or the apartment please feel free to reply to this post, and if you're interested just reply and tell me about yourself..... thanks!!
