you'll have your own bath and there is a washer / dryer in the basement as well as room for an office or workout room.
i am an easy going carpenter/ artist who is recently divorced.
i have a dog, some tropical fish and two ferrets.i eat healthy and keep a tidy home.
my perfect house mate would be socially liberal and 420 friendly but we can work that out.
