one family home located on the north end of bridgeport; close to shu, st. vincent's hospital, trumbull mall etc. short drive to merritt pkwy or i95.

we are a young couple in our mid 20's - both working professionals seeking to rent out a room to someone in their 20's-30's also responsible, friendly, & professional to help with mortgage costs. prefer someone low key and laid back. this is a room rental more so then a house share/ roommate situation. so hoping to keep your guests to a minimum.

room available is located on the main floor by the common rooms. our bedroom is up on the 2nd floor. room is $ 620 a month and includes all utilities - even cable & internet.

i do have a small dog, she sweet and quiet.
we however are not looking to have anymore pets in the household, sorry.
