pictures available upon request. very quiet neighborhood, not a through street. i am a single male 48. professional chef. the room for rent is actually two rooms which is accessible through a small hallway. to which both doors are closed it is like a mini apartment.rooms available is located on the main floor by the common rooms. my bedroom is up on the 2nd floor. rooms is $925 a month and includes all utilities - even cable & internet.
bathroom downstairs will be primary for renter and visitors to the home.
