hi people,my name is jon. im 25 years old. african american, college graduate, and i work in retail. im looking for a kind and clean female roommate to rent out one of the rooms in my 2 bedroom apartment. room will be available in the beginning of next month. july 1st. the room for rent ($500) is due at the beginning of every month along with a $500 security deposit. total $1000. the security deposit you will get back if you decide to leave and if there are no damages done while you are here. the rent includes all utilities. this will be a month to month room rent agreement. all utilities are included and the room is not furnished. so feel free to bring your own bed and furniture.
our apartment includes: a shared living room, large kitchen, full bathroom, street parking, brand new stove, refrigerator, and range hoods. near highway and other transportation services. great commuters location.
you will be sharing this apartment with me and my girlfriend. she is very cool and nice person. i am very clean, kind, and responsible. sometimes i like to have fun on my days off and weekends to enjoy life and on other days i just like to relax. i listen to all kinds of music so whatever you listen to i most likely already do too. sometimes we like to cook so bring your appetite along with you. i am also a christian, some sundays, we go to church and there are times i dont, but we love god. we would like to keep our apartment calm, cool, and comfortable. again, this room is available for females only. my girlfriend is not comfortable living with other males.
we will be doing interviews this week and next week. please have proof of income. (paystubs)
