female roommate wanted or male if you are very clean and respectful of other roommates privacy! located about 1 to 2 blocks from olympic community college and 4/5 to shipyard. a few short blocks to downtown. 1 room available in a vintage, 2 floor duplex. all utilities included: water, sewer, garbage, heating, energy, basic internet, washer and dryer. you just supply your own food. room is average sized, 3 windows and closet. room is near other rooms, so getting along well is a must. home is a no hard drug residence, smoking outside only and only ocassional (social) drinking. shared bathroom with soaking tub. i have a neighbor that lives downstairs, so being generally quiet is important.

me: i prefer a quiet environment, but i also believe in social time. i would like someone who is similar to me in that you like things generally quiet but also believe in friends and enjoy a family atmosphere. having guests over on occasion is fine as long as they are generally quiet, and respectful of others property. i want someone that i can chat with and feel comfortable with in my home, but want for you to feel at ease living here as well. i have good morals and values and appreciate other people and respect their privacy and property. i believe that communication is essential in any home living situaion. i don't do drugs or smoke and only drink socially.
