price reduced & utilities now included!!!!!! reduced to $800, well worth more than the asking price. roommate needed on 1 nov 2012 to share house with 4 other roommates! this is the house you've been looking for! you want it, we have it! absolutely beautiful 5 year old, 3000 sq ft home, lots of light & plenty of room to stretch out! we are surrounded by woods, so you can take a nice walk if you want or watch the deer walk around in the yard. house is 2-zoned central air, don't worry we don't make you freeze in the winter either; house is super insulated and quiet, quiet, quiet! you would have your own room and full private bathroom. house is satellite ready (every channel you could ever want) & entire house has secure wireless internet. off street parking on very long driveway (probably enough room to park 30 cars if we wanted), if you have a motorcycle than you can store it in the garage with ours. absolutely huge fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. gigantic great room with formal dining room and office! beautiful sun room has a gorgeous tournament size pool table and the breakfast nook area is our designated drinking bar area. full size front loading w/d located inside house. all appliances are energy star and all run on gas. only 8 miles away from andrews afb and downtown waldorf, plus we're a total of 17 miles away from downtown, the exact middle of dc! very close to metro access. we sit on 3.5 acres of land so no pesky neighbors to complain or watch your every movement. outdoor patio has a 6 person outdoor table, also two sun lounge chairs, fire pit & grill; we will be putting a deck on next year with hopefully a hot tub. charming front patio has 2 over-sized rocking chairs and little table, it's perfect to rock and just relax on with your margarita after a hard days work. plenty of storage in the 2-car garage, huge attic, or the 2-story shed (even the shed has it's own large deck to relax on)! extremely safe location, house is fully protected by adt just in case. mail delivered directly to house in secured & electronically coded mail box. very easy commute to any of the military bases in the national capitol region. we are clean, responsible, down-to-earth, fun loving, normal people. you won't find any better deal in all maryland! room is available 1 nov 2012 and we must rent it! hope to hear from you! ~laura~
