$675 3/2 all utilities includedme - professional male (usf alum) seeking a professional or student female renter for a room and private bathroom in my 3/2 home. i work 40 hrs a week in the fitness industry and am usually golfing, fishing, with my daughter, etc on weekends. i have a 4 year old daughter and partial custody so she lives there and has her own room. no males - i do not feel comfortable renting to a male with my daughter in the house (protective daddy).
the house - the house is neat, clean, and drama free and i want to keep it that way.
the house is in a quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac of a fenced and deed restricted community. it is located in north brandon/seffner one mile from i-75 and i-4 which are both quickly accessible. 15 minutes from usf and 10 minutes from hcc brandon. close to the brandon mall, restaurants, theaters, and the crosstown.
you must be pet friendly; i have 2 small dogs that stay out of the way in the kitchen, back lanai and back yard. no new pets accepted.
you -- professional or student female. must have a stable job and show proof of income. no felonies or criminal background! no kids. no pets. smoking is allowed in designated areas, no drugs or any other type of addiction will be tolerated, and no overnight guests.
$675 rent includes:
your own bedroom, bathroom, access to all common areas in the house (kitchen, living room, covered lanai, backyard), washer and dryer, verizon wifi-internet access, cable, electric, trash and your own parking space in the 2 car garage or driveway. you buy your own groceries, toiletries, etc.
room is available january 5, 2015.
3 month, 6 month or 1 year lease. there is a $150 security deposit required.
