i have a spare room and bathroom that nobody is using. i would like to share it with someone who is clean (big emphasis on clean), doesn't do drugs, house parties, and someone who is quiet (big emphasis on quiet) and hard-working. i'm a registered nurse and i work particularly weekdays from am to pm. i go to the gym almost frequently and like to keep myself busy. i've been living at this location for about a month, no complaints so far and i'm sure anyone would enjoy living in this spacious apartment. friendship is also accepted as i'm new to the sarasota/bradenton area (came from miami) and i don't really have many friends here apart from co-workers.
