hey guys! my name is lisa and i have a room for rent in bowling green, oh. the apartment complex is called copper beech, so feel free to check it out online! they have pictures and video tours on their website. i lived there last year and loved my room. it's 5 minutes away from campus and about 1 minute from meijer. there's a bus that transports from the apartment to campus if you don't wanna drive! you would have your own room, with your own full bathroom. the room is very spacious and has a huge walk in closet! it comes fully furnished with a bed and mattress, dresser, and desk and chair. there's also a washer and dryer in the apartment! although the rent is listed as 305.00, i would be willing to negotiate and pay part of the rent to help you out! if you contact me, we can discuss whether you want to pay a new security deposit, or if you want to keep mine from when i signed the lease, it truly doesn't matter to me. you would have three other female roommates who all have their own room and bathrooms. they are all super sweet and very chill, please contact me if you are even slightly interested. thank you!
