$425 looking for female roommate, room for rent in house (bg, south warren high school area) 15 min to wkui am a 25 year old female looking for a female roommate. i own a three bedroom 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. i have a full-time 8-5 job. i do have a washer/dryer. i also have two cats, but they act more like dogs and are very friendly. i can promise the place has never and will never smell like a gross cat house. i am not a smoker and will never be. i am allergic to smoke and none of my friends smoke. i do have an occasional drink but don't really party.
the rent would be $350 a month, plus half of the utilities (water, electric, cable/internet, etc.). the utilities usually range anywhere from $100 to $150 depending on the time of year.
