this room is in a 5br 4bath home in a rural neighborhood outside dc. rent includes all utilities (direct tv, cable internet, gas, electric, water, etc...). it is 25 minutes from andrews afb and 15 minutes from ft. meade for military and is just off the highway (295) as well. the room is 16x12 which fits a king size bed w/furniture just fine. the rooms are on the 2nd floor with your choice of backyard or street views. rent is based on length of lease from 800/mon for a 16+ month lease up to 850/mon for a 6+ month lease. renter must be clean, courties and definitely no smoking in the home. parking is not a issue its a private street that has parking on both sides.please contact if interested.
