room for rent available in north boulder december 1st or sooner. the house is located two blocks off broadway by the rec center and beautiful community garden.current tenants (3) are in their 30s with one dog and a cat. occupants are a student/server (female), a chef (female), and a computer scientists/distance runner (male).
the house has a modern kitchen, large living room, gorgeous sun room, very large semi-fenced back yard, plenty of storage space and an attached garage.
a deposit equal to the rent is required. bills are not included which run at the highest end $100/month. pets will be considered with a deposit and rent fee.
