looking preferably for a girl, as the two of us are girls, but will accept boys too. the two of us are mature adults coming to our last years of college and we prefer a mature student who doesn't bring too many people over to have parties and someone who is clean. there are three rooms, and the downstairs room is unoccupied and includes a walk-in closet and a private bathroom.this room also opens to the balcony. the room does not include furniture. however, the current tenet is planning on selling the furniture in the closet. the rest of the apartment is furnished. so, there should not be any issues in furnishing the living room or kitchen.the apartment is about a 15-20 minute walk to cu-boulder and is easily accessible to many shopping areas and grocery stores--either by foot or by bike. the unit includes a shared kitchen, a living room, and in-unit washer and dryer. this room is available august 1st, and is a year long lease. pets are not allowed. utilities not included, and usually ranges to about $40-50/month. we have one parking spot in a underground garage, and it's switched between the three of us each month. there is outside street parking available if needed.
