-$495=rent plus utilities, but is a maximum estimate, so you can expect to pay less, depending on the month
-apartment is very nice for the price, because it is through an affordable housing agency
-lease goes until july 31, 2012
-only looking for one person

i am 25, male, and a first year m.a. student at naropa. i am passionate about philosophy, art, music, nature, and many many other things which make life joyful. i enjoy laughter and good company and perhaps most of all the mystery in life. it tend to be fairly organized myself, and like to keep common areas that way. that said, i am open and flexible when it comes to adapting to new people and their lifestyles. i enjoy playing instruments and listening to music, and am respectful when others need time to rest, study, or meditate. i am friendly, chill, and laid back, and am open to having company over for dinner and drinks.
