1 bedroom available in a townhouse (in bothell). it has its own private full size bathroom with a sky light. the rent is $700 and includes water, sewer, garbage, gas, electricity, cable, and internet. one simple monthly payment! community features include a tennis court, community vegetable garden, and very close access to a bus stop.no smoker and no cats or dogs. a fish tank would be okay.
the townhouse is at the summit at canyon park at the top of 228th. when you are driving or walking on the corner of 228th and 4th, on a clear day you can see the cascade mountains on one side, and the olympics on the other. you wouldn't need to sign any lease, as month to month would be fine. however, if you prefer to sign a lease, that would be your choice. you would have access to a full size washer and dryer, full size kitchen (stainless steel fridge and dishwasher; gas stove/oven), living room with gas fireplace, dining room, and another bathroom for guests.
the refundable deposit would be $350.
