room for rent in a nice and quite two bed room apartment, available in december 12th. all the utilities are included. the place is five minutes away to uw bothell and cascadia and very near the bus line (perfect for students). minutes to downtown woodinville and woodinville town center, featuring albertson's grocery store, barnes & noble and a wide variety of eating establishments. close to great shopping at alderwood mall, including macy's and nordstrom, in addition to many restaurants and a movie theater. close to highways 405 and 522 and convenient to highway i-5. nice quiet neighborhood.apartment features:

i'm not looking for a companion roommate to go out clubbing, partying, etc... just a respectable, drama free roommate who pays his bills on time. last roommate played video-games all day long and i didn't have a problem with that.
