we are a lesbian couple (25 and 22) looking for a someone to rent a master bedroom with a bathroom.the house is located in thrasher's corner in bothell and has a huge yard with a trampoline and deck for barbecuing. there is also a garage and driveway for parking. the room comes with a comfy bed and desk, if you want to use it.
we are looking for someone who is either a working professional or in school. we both work monday-friday jobs and would prefer someone who isn't super loud and who is okay with not having people over late into the night during the week. weekends are different, although i prefer not to have parties as i don't want my house trashed.
a straight man is preferred but if you are cool and drama free then we are flexible.
must be okay with cats. we would prefer you don't have any cats or dogs. our cat is the sweetest thing ever but does not get along with other cats.
move in date would be the beginning of may.
