for rent: 1 master bedroom (not furnished-with private bath & huge walk in closet) in very well kept and spacious townhome--very safe neighborhood.i am looking for someone (female) to share my 2 master bedroom/2.5 bath townhome with me.
in addition to a large master bedroom, home has nice living room/finished english basement/kitchen and kitchen nook, dining room, and deck.
the washer and dryer are located on the same floor as the bedrooms!
you will have a parking spot (along with some additional storage space if need be) in the garage.
rent includes utilities (cable, wifi, heat/air {programmed}, water, gas). if usage goes up/down, contribution may have minor adjustment.
minutes from the expressway (i-55/355), grocery stores, the library, and lots of great restaurants and shopping (bolingbrook promenade).
1 year lease preferred-month to month is negotiable.

*i am a female and professional in my late 20's.
*i have a cat named allie who is very affectionate and social (i am not looking to take in additional pets, but will consider based on type and size)
*i am organized, clean, and relatively quiet and would expect the same from a roommate. i am laid back and easy to get along with.
*i have owned this home (built in 2003) for over 4 years with my sister who had to move for work (hence my search for a roommate).
*no smoking inside (outside is your preference).
