what we like to call home consists of; three bedrooms, one office/study room, large living room, fully equipped kitchen (including two fridges) and a laundry room, two car garage, backyard patio, outdoor fire-pit & indoor fire place, individual computerized door access codes (also a sentry security system), two full bathrooms, shared and personal closets, barbeque, friendly neighbors/quiet neighborhood. room is located apart from the house, and is secluded away from all noise, also has a personal entry/exit. the house has been in the family for the past 20+ years, and was recently completely re-modeled. all appliances/utilities are now brand new and state of the art!
a little info about my roommate and i, can be summed up in a few select words, we are honestly christian gentlemen. both of us attend bsu as full time students during the fall/spring semesters, and work full time year around. house location is a 5 minute drive, 10 minute bike, and 20-25 minute walk to bsu campus. we maintain an "extraordinarily" clean house for two men, and are very courteous of others belongings. we have had female and male roommates in the past couple years, our current roomy is proudly off to the marines, if you would like to fill his spot... email me and we can schedule a time for you to come check it out!!!
