recently divorced 32 white male with no children and former military is looking to share/rent out the house. house is recently remodeled and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. you will have full access to the home. you will have a private bedroom and full bath. located in a quiet country setting only minutes from covington and slidell areas. i don't mind if you are a smoker, but absolutely no drug use.rent includes all utilities including wi-fi and satellite and full access to the home. the house sits on one acre. washer and dryer on site, ample storage for all your belongings, gas appliances, granite countertops. i am a quiet person, and would like the same out of a prospective roommate. i would like to rent this out to a white female preferably please.
this will be a month to month lease, and i only ask for a $200 security deposit.
