this is an elegant home; i am offering a beautiful large second master bedroom with en-suite; elegantly furnished; twin beds, a triple dresser, walk in closet, wifi, flat screen tv, cable, view of swimming pool and patio. there is a washer & dryer, parking inside garage, alarm system.
my home is designed with swimming pool in the center; the renter’s bedroom / bathroom on one side of the house, my suite on the other, newly designed kitchen however i prefer light cooking & happy to share a salad anytime.
i-95 highway & florida turnpike within “5" minutes; 2 universities within “ 10" minutes; upscale shopping center with many department stores, almost 200 shoppes within 5 minutes, multiple restaurants, movies, banks, post office, doctors of every title, religious facilities, beach is 10 minutes from my home.
the price i’m requesting is $1500 monthly and $150 for utilities.
i would love to find a quality female to rent as i am friendly, healthy and very happy.
