i am looking for a roommate who is clean and orderly with no pets to rent an unfurnished room. there is no smoking allowed inside the house, but there is a large patio and pool outback if you are a smoker. the house is a nice 3/2 in boca raton located on st. andrews boulevard in between glades and yamato road. this property is located within a short distance to boca town center, restaurants, shopping plazas, fau and boca hospital. renter is responsible to provide their own groceries, cleaning supplies (i.e. laundry detergent, dish soap...etc.), pots and pans, cutlery and dishware, and furnishings for their room. i am looking for someone who is low key with no drama. i work seven days a week and work long hours starting very early mornings, so noise must be kept to a respectful level.

rent is $1,100 a month and includes all utilities.
