hi girls!! i am currently living at the crowne at grandview apts on 280 near the summit and i-459. my current roommates are moving out at the end of august and i need to fill two bedrooms for a 7 month lease (sept 2010-march 2011). one bedroom is 12'6 x 12'4 and the other is 11'10 x 11' you'll be sharing a large bathroom with one other roommate. the base rate for all three rooms is $338.33 and this includes valet trash. we have directv, internet, power, & water split three ways runs about $115 a month, so rent ends up being about $450 a month each. i have my washer/dryer available and the kitchen comes with full applicances. the apartment is on the second floor so there is a balcony and outside storage as well. i do have a small dog, she barks as all dogs do but sheds very litte, so you must be a dog lover. i'm open to having other dogs, but sorry no cats. alittle about the complex...gated, there are garages if you'd like to pay the extra for them, has a very nice pool, small gym, and dog park. very safe place to live, have lived here for a year and never had an issue with it but there is a night security officer on duty. you must have employment, and be able to pass the apartment's application process. i'm 22 and a young professional, also going to grad school online. so no parties at the apartment, no drugs, no drama, etc. since i am currently living at the apartment, you are welcome to come by and see the rooms if you would like. carpets will be professionally cleaned and both rooms & bathroom will be deep cleaned (by me) when vacated.
