my name is dan and i have a bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom to rent. essentially this would be a roommate situation as you would have shared access to the kitchen(and appliances), living room, dining room, laundry, driveway and yard. water, electrical(includes heating/cooling), tv and internet are included in the rent price.details:
room: 11' x 11' 4", 8' ceiling. 4 electrical outlets (8 sockets). there is a cable outlet in the room, but you would need to pay to get it hooked up and pay for the cable box. wall-to-wall carpeting. there is a twin bed in the room that you have an option to use if you don't have one and don't want to buy one. one window that looks down on the back yard/woods.
closet: 6' x 5'10", 8' ceiling. wall-to-wall carpeting. shelves with hanger-space.
bathroom: 5' x 7'10", 8' ceiling. tiled floor tub/shower with curved shower curtain hanger included. shower curtain and plastic inner lining are already installed and you have the option to use those. sink with granite counter, large mirror and cfl lighting over the sink. standard toilet.
yard: triangular shaped/fenced in, about 16,000 sqft (~.4 acres). 6' privacy fence in front, 4' gothic picket in rear. neighbors on either side, and they have privacy fencing as well. small wooded area directly behind house. several trees in yard, 10' x 10' cement porch with patio table/chairs, umbrella and small gas grill.
i'm ad military, and i plan on being down here for a while. i'm 20min from keesler, 25 from seabee base. it is a nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors(several cops/retired military). i have a dog(lab/collie) ~55lbs, and i would consider someone with a dog or two as long as they are house-trained. i'm 5 minutes from i-10, two from d'iberville and highway 49 on gulfport. no smoking in room (you can smoke outside).
