i am seeking someone to rent a bedroom with a 3 seasons room attached. there is potential for your own door access, as soon as the 3 seasons room is re-done. i am going to be re-doing the 3 seasons room this spring.on or off street parking.
share use of bath, kitchen, and laundry.
$400 monthly rent with first month due upon moving in. $100 deposit. one pet will be considered, if a dog, must be small dog.
$400 includes everything with exception of food and toiletries. it does include basic cable and internet service.
roommate must be tidy and a non-smoker. i work from a home office so i can work my schedule around yours with regards to kitchen and bath use. i am seeking one tenant only.
