it has 4 bedrooms and 1 bath. one bedroom is my office. i am self-employed and work from home. i have a roommate in another room which leaves me with one to rent out. everything is included in rent.the house is a half-a-double with a backyard. it is mostly my garden but there is enough room for the grill and patio furniture. there is street parking and there is rarely problems finding something almost right in front. there is a living room and dining room with a bar in it. we have a tv in the living with an hdmi hook up for your computer. we do not have cable because you can watch almost anything online anymore and for cheaper! the kitchen is half re-done. i am re-doing it myself one bit at a time, but it is always fully functional.
we are both very laid-back but like to have a good time! we do drink on occasion.
