i am a young (27, f) professional, and i have lived in this apartment in bethesda for more than four years now. i love this place, and now i just need an awesome roommate (starting in mid-june/july)!about the place:
-two bedrooms, shared bath
-fully furnished
-$875/month
-across the hall from the laundry room (washers are free!)
-quick walk from the bethesda metro stop on the red line
-super-close to downtown bethesda (lots of shops, restaurants, etc.)
what i'm looking for in a roommate:
-another young professional (f)
-quiet: no loud music, no rowdy parties
-neat and tidy
-non-smoker; no pets are allowed, so no pet owners
-responsible and reliable; pay the rent and bills on time
-i'm not home very often (mainly just to sleep), so i'd like a roommate who likes to get out as much as i do! no homebodies!
