26 year old male professional seeking a new roommate for a 2br apartment in great location in bethesda. the room can be available as early as july 1st. from the apartment complex, it is a 2 minute walk to closest nih entrance, a 5-10 minute walk to the nih metro stop and 10-15 minutes to the bethesda stop. you also have a short walk to downtown bethesda.the bedroom is large (for scale that's a queen bed in the pictures) with a walk-in closet. the room will be unfurnished. the rest of the apartment will be as shown in the pictures. the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, etc. and there is already furniture in the common rooms. there is one shared bathroom.
utilities are included in rent. wifi and cable are already set-up and cost about $50 per month. the apartment has a private parking lot that is included in rent. this also has flexible leasing terms, so you can stay short-term or long-term as long as you provide 30-days notice and secure a new roommate to take over the lease. no security deposit necessary (as other roommate has already paid it).
