a room (currently furnished) is available in a 4 bedroom house on 3 acres in berthoud. the house is shared with the male owner of the home. room is available now.tri-level house, bedroom available is on lowest level. good sized bedroom, currently furnished with bed, 2 dressers. � bathroom right next door in hallway yours as well. rest of house is furnished, so don’t need any additional furniture other than what you would want in your room.
shared spaces would include family room, kitchen, tv room (in lower level across hall from bedroom) and laundry. large landscaped yard.
no pets please. there are two dogs here now (outside dogs) and horses. could discuss additional rent if needed a place for your horse.
looking for a responsible, mature, easygoing, happy person. will need to provide references and work history. lease signing required.
$500 month (includes utilities) for unfurnished room. if using the furnishings in room now, $600 month (includes utilities). dish in home currently, if you wanted to add a tv in bedroom you would need to purchase the box. deposit equal to one months rent required prior to move in.
