looking for two roommates to share my 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex with! nice neighborhood, and i live in a cul-de-sac where it's quiet. if i'm able to find two roommates, rent would be $450/month (that includes utilities)! $600/month if i can only find one. rooms would not be available until the end of september!

i'm a 23 year old female and full-time student studying i.t. administration. i will be graduating in the middle of september. i am a very down to earth, laid back person and like to have a good time. i'm also a very honest, responsible and trustworthy person. i do not smoke and will not allow smoking in the house. i'm a very clean person and expect the same.
