all utilities included with the $350 price. we have one room available in a three bedroom apartment, with two friendly roommates. we are looking for a nice, clean roommate who is financially stable and has a vehicle. we would prefer someone who is 18-30 years old. you should enjoy the company of a canine. plenty of cabinet, fridge/freezer combo, attic and chest freezer storage. we have all the dishware and paper products already provided. internet available, no cable but we have netflix. no smoking indoors or house parties. there is more than enough parking space in the dirt driveway. a dresser, tv stand, and a twin box spring, mattress and frame will be in the room already. the room dimensions are 7'.5"h, 9'.6"w and 11'.4"l. no security deposit or anything like that is needed. we have the whole apartment set up with good furniture so anything else will be extra. all the floors are vinyl so spills are easy to clean up. we are about 5 minutes from i93.
