the condo is located off of ne 8th, minutes from 405/90/520 freeways and 5 minutes from downtown bellevue.
walking distance to gas station and whole foods
there is a two car garage with ample extra parking.
very spacious living room and kitchen
3 bed 2.5 bath
extra storage room attached to garage.
washer/dryer/dishwasher/fireplace in unit
about the roommates;
dima: i am a recent uw grad working full-time in downtown bellevue
david: current full time student at itt tech in tukwila.
roommate requirements:
age - 21-26
m or f
clean, respectful, outgoing, laid-back
rent includes water and garbage
rent does not include electricity, internet, and tv
average for the above utilities are $80 per person, per month.
