i'm looking for a 2nd person or couple to live in my 3 bedroom townhouse located in belcamp/riverside, md in harford county. i would prefer someone who is reasonably clean, respectful, responsible, and a non-smoker. currently, there is one occupant.the rent is $750 per month (water and trash included) for the master bedroom. other utilities such as bge and cable/internet will be split 50/50 between you and my other roommate. the monthly cost per person is around $100 per month.
about the house:
3-story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
- 1st floor: spacious living room with hardwood floors and couch/end tables/coffee table included, and a very large full kitchen, along with a nice deck with fenced in yard (great for dogs!).
- 2nd floor: master bedroom with private bathroom and 1 occupied bedroom with a hall bathroom. the other bedroom is used as a study/office for the house with an executive desk available (plus extra storage space!)
- basement floor: fully finished basement currently used as a family room/2nd living room (currently is furnished with couches, recliner, and tv stand. washer/dryer and more storage available plus a half bath. back door leads out to the fenced in backyard.

about the room:
the room is in good clean condition, has good closet space with the capability of using the office closet space as well. the master bedroom has its own bathroom. you'd have to furnish your own room, but the rest of the house is covered.
about the area:
the house is at a great location in harford county. situated off of exit 80, it is nestled in-between rte 40, rte 7, and i-95. there is a shopping center within walking distance (grocery store, fast food, riverside pizzeria-known for their crab cakes and is the sister restaurant of box hill!). the community of riverside is beautiful with tons of sidewalks for those avid runners/walkers. there is also a community pool (extra membership costs), tennis courts, and basketball courts available. neighbors are very pleasant and not noisy.
there are two (2) designated parking spots for this house, which are located directly in front of the house.
about us:
i am a 28 year old who works in downtown baltimore. i am very responsive and respectful and expect the same from my friends, coworkers, etc. my roommate is a 24 year old teacher (elementary) who is very outgoing and friendly. he is also very respectful and responsible.
pets:
(except cats) are ok - i currently have two dogs and they love the backyard space. i would like to keep the pets to one per person, but will consider on a case by case basis.
