i have a room available in my 2 bedroom apartment. the complex is located just off tv hwy mins away from the bus and about a 15 min walk to the blue line max. little bit about me i'm a 27 year old male and father to a 10 month old baby girl, i also have a 2 year old chinese crested dog (she has hair so she doesn't look like a naked mole rat for all them google peeps out there). i work part-time in the early morning and will be attending pcc towards the end of march. in the apartment i have 2 full bath rooms, 2 decks, fireplace, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wired and wireless internet, and i own 6 different gaming consoles (no i don't have a ps3). $375 is the rent for the room and then it would be half of the utilities sewer, water, garbage, electricity, and internet. also the apartment is on the second floor and the management will allow 1 more pet (preferably a dog that gets along with mine) for an extra deposit and $10 pet rent a month. located on a beautiful courtyard, and surrounded by the tualatin hills nature park. any questions or serious interest about the apartment please feel free to contect me with a little bit about yourself and the best way to get in contact with you.most importantly, roommate must be on the lease with ends march of 2012 (i don't expect someone to stay the full lease term) which is a simple background check. reasons someone would be denied are felonies, and/or if you owe another apartment complex money. lastly i do not tolerate any type of drugs.
