we are looking for a female to sublet a bedroom in our 3 bedroom 2 bath house. there is a deposit of 475 that will be returned at the end of the lease, which ends the end of july. the bedroom has a key lock on the door, and shares a bathroom with another girl. the house has a two car enclosed garage, separate laundry room with washer and dryer, backyard with a lake, and all major appliances. i am a student and have a part time job, and the other roommate has two full time jobs. we like to keep shared areas clean, and we are both very laid back and respectful of other's personal space and items. we have cats. feel free to email me if you are interested or have any questions. the room can be ready for move in asap.
